Before Tracy qualified as an Equity Release Adviser much of her work life had been in and around the financial services industry, initially with a leading firm of insurance underwriters before relocating to East Sussex where in conjunction with her parents she opened an Estate agency and financial planning business. Alongside managing the agency she also acted as administrator to her father a financial adviser of many years. After having children she took a position within the Department of Work and Pensions as a benefits advisor prior to working within the NHS for 10 years. During this time she continued to assist her father, a financial adviser and seeing the many changes in the financial services industry, in particular the Equity Release market, this rekindled her interest leading her to study in 2017 to achieve the required qualifications to operate as an Equity Release Adviser.

Tracy cares about her clients and gives a professional and personal service. As an independent whole of market equity release adviser and, as part of The Equity Release Experts, who are members of the Equity Release Council she will provide a holistic approach to equity release. She will only recommend an equity release product to you if it is suitable and The Equity Release Experts will only charge a fee on completion of any plan. Tracy offers a variety of appointment solutions, ideally face to face, and also via zoom or telephone, happily including family members if desired.

Tracy lives by the coast in Hastings, East Sussex with her husband and together they have four sons and two small grandsons that they spend as much time as possible with. She loves walking, reading and attempting various crafts, not always very well.  She also enjoys travelling and meeting new people which is also the favourite part of her work.

Tracy is an active member of local Chambers of Commerce and likes to support other local businesses wherever possible to encourage growth within those areas.

Things to consider

  • An expert equity release adviser can discuss your needs over the phone, face to face or over a video call, and explain more about equity release. They’ll always tell you if equity release isn’t right for you and there’s absolutely no obligation to go ahead.
  • We understand equity release isn’t for everyone, and we’ll never say it’s the right option for you unless we’re certain.
  • A lifetime mortgage is a loan secured against your home.
  • With a lifetime mortgage there are typically no monthly repayments to make as the loan plus roll up interest is repaid when the plan comes to an end.
  • Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits.
  • Unless you decide to go ahead with a plan, our service is completely free of charge, as our fixed advice fee of £1,999 is only payable on completion of a plan.
